Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Relevant Law website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Site.
About Our Organization
Relevant Law PLLC is a professional limited liability company that licenses its brand and provides administrative, marketing, and business support services to independently owned and operated law practices. Relevant Law PLLC does not itself provide legal services, employ attorneys for the purpose of providing legal services, or supervise the provision of legal services by any attorney or law practice.
Each law practice operating under the Relevant Law brand is independently owned and operated by licensed attorneys who are solely responsible for all legal services they provide. The licensing arrangement does not constitute the practice of law by Relevant Law PLLC. Control over the provision of legal services is the sole responsibility of the independently owned practice.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
IMPORTANT: Your use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Relevant Law PLLC or any independently owned law practice in our network.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you have signed a written representation agreement (also known as an engagement letter or retainer agreement) with a specific independently owned law practice. Until such time as you have signed a representation agreement, no attorney-client relationship exists, regardless of any communications you may have with us or any attorney in our network.
Information provided through this website, including any consultations scheduled through this Site, general information, articles, or resources, should not be considered legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Do not send confidential or privileged information through this website until you have established an attorney-client relationship by signing a representation agreement with a licensed practice in our network.
